RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rehmat Ethnics (RESONANCE), we are committed to providing exceptional customer service with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note:

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Rehmat Ethnics website. We offer a 7 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Return Guidelines:

1)The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2)The product should be unused.
3) The product must be unwashed and undamaged.

FOR EXCHANGE

To raise an exchange request, the process is the same as our return request. However, you must select the desired size for the replacement during the request. We are not responsible if you choose the wrong size, as the selected size will be shipped.

MISSINNG/DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT

For claims regarding missing items or receiving the wrong product, you need to mail us at support@rehmatethnics.com within 24 hours of delivery. We require video evidence of the unboxing. Claims for missing items may not be processed without video proof.

After the product is returned, it will undergo a quality check. If the item does not pass the quality check, we will not be able to process a refund.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@rehmatethnics.com  within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. Some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

 

HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

To initiate a return, you can either drop us an email at support@rehmatethnics.com or simply text us on WhatsApp at +91 9872819084.
Once your return request is raised, your product will be picked up within 3–4 days. Your refund will be initiated once we receive the product and it passes the Quality Check at our unit. Post refund initiation, it usually takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your account or for you to receive your store credit code/gift card.

Expected Timelines:

Refunds for both Prepaid and COD orders will be processed within 7 business days after a successful Quality Check.

Return Pickup & Self-Shipping:

  • For most pin codes, we arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • In such cases, we will reimburse the full shipping cost based on the courier receipt shared by you.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed and meets our return eligibility criteria before shipping.

Modes of Refund:

Refund is processed via Store Credit.

Store Credit/Gift Card:

We also offer Store Credit/Gift Card as a flexible refund option for both COD and prepaid orders.

  • You will receive a promo code equal to your refund amount via email.
  • The code can be used for a future purchase on anayna.com.
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Store credit/Gift Card is often the fastest refund method and is ideal if you plan to shop with us again soon.
